Prepared… Not Panicked
Full-time RV living, off-grid practicality, and life on the road to the racetrack.
Welcome to Bigfoot Trails Basecamp — where full-time RV living meets real-world preparedness.
Our life is a blend of RV living, off-grid know-how, and racing adventure.
We boondock full-time on our PNW property until race season, then take our motorhome across the northwest towing a vintage Mustang in a rolling mobile shop. That means the gear we review and the systems we build face real conditions: weather, road miles, off-grid power needs, and the constant demand to be prepared, not panicked.
If you’re new here, this is the best place to start. Bigfoot Trails Basecamp is built around three main pillars: Full Time RV Life & Adventure, Gear Reviews, and Preparedness/ Mindset. Each one is full of stories, tips, and practical advice designed to help you explore safely, enjoyably, and confidently
